Rajasthan MLA's son driving a BMW which 3 people died and six people were crushed. MLA Nand Kishore's son attempted to crush the two policemen.
Uppulis superintendent Mohammad Irshad said late Friday at about a quarter of the city, on Janpath Road, initially an auto speeding BMW car hit the side of the road and parked police also engulfed demonstration. Three occupants died in an auto accident. Two policemen standing near the police vehicle were injured.
Alarmed at the incident, three police stations and the police reached the spot and started investigation. Police identified one of the dead as well as ASI cord Jethalal Sitaram Singh and constable were injured, have been admitted to the Sawai Man Singh Hospital.
Two of the other dead in the accident is being investigated. Nand Kishore Maharia young driver is the son of independent legislator from Sikar.
Police said a young man named Siddhartha Maharia last night with a partner from the Janpath road speeding car was passing. The thalamus was parked at the intersection and three passengers sit out there was only one auto.
Siddhartha's car was so fast that he first struck very hard to auto, which auto sprung up several feet and then hit the road. Auto save policeman who boarded the thalamus were the only ones that come to Siddhartha's car hit the thalamus. All three vehicles were damaged in the accident.
Puliss registered a case and arrested another, including the legislator's son Siddhartha.
